Hard rock band Shock the System will play the final Music in the Plaza concert of 2021 from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25 in Zabrocki Plaza. The concert was originally slated for June 26 but was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Shock the System will take the stage at 8 p.m. and will perform "The Evolution Show" featuring 50 years of hard rock classics played in chronological order! From AC/DC and Van Halen to Foo Fighters and Green Day, get ready to bang your heads!
The Open Bottle will be selling beer, pop and water, and Kernel Sweetooth will sell hot dogs and popcorn. Several Downtown Tinley restaurants within walking distance also will be offering special deals and menu options that night, including Ed and Joe's and SIP Wine Bar.
The School of Rock Mokena Show Band will take the stage at 7 p.m. to open the night's festivities. Swing by and see the summer out in style!
