Contractor Licensing

All contractors doing work in the Village of Tinley Park must be licensed with the Village or State (proof of state licensed required) prior to starting work. Permits will not be issued unless all contractors noted on the permit are licensed. All Contractor Licenses are valid from January 1-December 31 of each calendar year. The annual renewal period begins November 1st. 

Contractor Licensing Fees: 
  • General - $200
  • Sub-Contractor -$100 
(Contractor Registration fees are reduced by 50% after July 1)

  • Orland Park
