The building is four stories tall, with 29,853 square feet of retail space on the first floor and 165 residential apartment units (99 one-bedroom and 66 two-bedrooms). It sits on three acres of land and is built of a combination of brick, precast stone and Hardie Board Siding.
The Boulevard at Central Station is conveniently located across from the Oak Park Avenue Metra train station and includes a parking lot for building residents, a swimming pool, a fitness gym, bike storage, a lobby, a mail room, a lounge area, a leasing office, a conference room and a property manager’s office.
Phase One of the project was constructed by South Street Development and opened in 2021.
