Community Development Committee

Functions of the Community Development Committee include:

• Overseeing comprehensive planning of Village uses, both development and redevelopment
• Overseeing planning requests, including development and redevelopment
• Overseeing requests for zoning and building ordinance variances
• Overseeing compliance with Village zoning, building and heath ordinances
• Overseeing incorporation of green initiatives into codes where applicable/practical
• Overseeing building code changes
• Overseeing consumer protection initiatives
