Early voting begins March 5

Early voting for Cook County residents for the March 20 Gubernatorial Primary Election will be held from March 5 to 19 in the Kallsen Center at Tinley Park Village Hall, 16250 S. Oak Park Ave.

Early voting hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 5 to 10; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 11; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 12 to 16; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 17; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 18; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 19.

Please note that in Cook County, early voting is conducted on touch screens that store every ballot style in the county, permitting any voter in suburban Cook County to vote at any location.

Early voting for Will County voters will be held from March 5 to 19 at the Will County Clerk's Office, 302 N. Chicago St., Joliet. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 5 to 9; 9 a.m. to noon March 10; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 11; 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 12 to 16; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 17; 9 a.m. to 3 pm. March 18; and 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 19.

Will County voters also can early vote at Frankfort Township, 11000 W. Lincoln Highway, Frankfort. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 5 to 9 and March 12 to 16.
