The Village is on a quarterly billing system. Residents receive a water bill every three months and the net amount
is due within 20 days. To have your utility bill delivered electronically, click E-Bill registration.

The Village offers several payment options to accommodate the needs of our customers:

Online Account Access allows the user to view usage, billing and payment history for the most recent year.  The first time you pay online, simply register as a “New User” by following the prompts.  Once registered you may make payments with your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card.

When prompted for the credit card information, please enter the following:

     Name on the card (as on file with the issuing bank).
     The CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the card).
     Your zip code (as on file by the credit card issuing bank).

Set it and forget it with EZ Pay (direct debit) from your checking or savings account. Payment will be automatically
deducted from your bank account on the billing due date.

Mail your payment in the envelope enclosed with your water bill.

Place your payment in the Drop Box for water bill payments located in the front of the Village Hall.

Moving or Need to Change your Mailing Address? Need More Information?

If you are moving, please contact the Public Works department at 708-444-5500 or via email at
to arrange for a final reading and final billing for your account. The Public Works
Department should also be contacted with any change in the billing address or contact information.
