Human Resources Department

The Department of Human Resources/Office of Risk Management oversees all phases of human resource management, including staffing, employment selection, equal employment opportunities, discipline, worker’s compensation, risk management, litigation support and employee training.

Human Resources also is responsible for holding tests for police officer applicants through the Village’s Civil Service Commission
