Requirements
The Village of Tinley Park requires that all businesses in Tinley Park have a valid business license. Village Business licenses are issued on a calendar year basis. The license must be renewed by January 31 of each year.

Penalty for Failure to obtain/renew license
Any licensee who fails to pay the fees and charges for a license or permit by January 31 shall be charged a penalty of $50. Said penalty shall be paid at the time of obtaining the license. The Village may also take action to force the business to cease operation if license is not obtained. This penalty structure is not applicable to contractors.
