Grand Prize Winner Angelique Anonuevo

The Tinley Park Fire Department & Fire Prevention Bureau honored students and faculty from area schools for their participation in an annual poster contest, held every October during Fire Prevention month. Colorful artwork decorated the Eiche Turners’ hall as winners and their families attended the yearly award ceremony and dinner. This year's theme was "Have Two Ways Out!".

Frontrunners best depicting the theme were first chosen by the schools, by grade, and then brought to the fire station where citizen and Village employee votes determined the Overall and Grand Prize winners.

Winners included: Adalynn Ridgway, Isha Darji, Elizabeth Santiago, Gerrit Hamstra, Matthew Stanley, Brook Wang, Margaret McCullough, Angelique Anonuevo, Tim Lash, Tina Sanchez and Juan Regalado.
