Department Fee Structures
The following fees are valid through Village Ordinance 2007-O-24.
  • Planned unit developments - $400
  • Rezoning - $400 with the exception of the following zoned places
    • Nonresidential zoned areas - $200
    • Residential zoned areas - $150
  • Signs - $1 per square foot with a minimum of $25
  • Special use - $400
